OUR BEEF

At Ramburg Beef we source our cattle from some of the best cattle areas of South Africa where the stock is raised on grass and finished on grain for a minimum of 140 days.

 

Ramburg Beef delivers superior quality and taste with its beef by ensuring all slaughtered carcasses weigh between 270 – 300kg, hand-selecting carcasses for deboning based on temperature, pH, and fat covering, and by running our plant to global export standards.
